After designing and decorating cakes for many years, I decided to turn my passion into a business. I specialise in designing stunning cakes to suit each individual client. Please don't be shy, if you have an idea please just ask, I'd love to hear it.
I studied as a chef for two years at college and during this time I completed modules in bakery and confectionery. All my cakes are made using good quality ingredients, locally produced if possible and free range eggs as I believe the taste is every bit as important as the design.
Prices vary depending on size and decoration but I am happy to discuss ideas and give quotes. If necessary you can make an appointment to plan a cake and I can even do a quick sketch to help you visualise your idea.
Please place your order as far in advance as possible to avoid disappointment. However, if you have a Cake Emergency please call me and I will do my best to help if I can!
Allergy information: my cakes are made in a kitchen where nut products are stored and used therefore I cannot guarantee them to be nut free. Cakes also contain eggs and gluten. Fruit cakes normally contain alcohol but can be made without if requested.
